Dasan AGE has key processes for the machining and welding of quartz glass.
To prevent contamination of quartz glass products from external particles,
we maintain a cleanroom environment below Class 5,000 in the welding room.
The company has introduced two robotic arms and one Torus automatic welding
machine to automate the fire polishing of quartz glass products, thereby expanding
production capacity and ensuring uniform heat treatment.
